Living here has been very easy. Maintenance is always very quick about taking care of anything that goes wrong with the apartment.

The maintenance crew are also incredibly nice and respectful people. Any problems reported usually get fixed within a day or two, although to be quite honest I've never really had anything happen that would require constant fixing.

Mail/packages get delivered straight to the office, which locks at night so I've never had to worry about losing packages or having people steal them.

They accept your packages, take care of your maintenance needs quickly, and keep the building very clean and running well. There are some issues that arise but are always fixed quickly. The roof top BBQ area is the best around! The gym is nice, and the laundry is always clean.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience living in Atrium Court Luxury apartments. I lived in the dorms, the sorority house and many other apartments in Westwood Village and this was by far the BEST living arrangement I could have!

I recently moved in to Atrium Court, November 2016. I didn't know what to really expect but the new manager and new maintenance tech have made me feel at home and are great with any of my apartment needs! I am minutes from campus and the village. I have lived in Atrium court since June 2016 and it has surpassed all of my expectations. The wooden floors installed into my apartment were nicer than I imagined them to be, and maintenance is quick to fix any slight defects in the apartment. The property is consistently maintained clean (including the gym and laundry facilities). Also the staff is a pleasure to interact with and go out of their way to make your living experience as great as possible. Overall, Atrium Court is the best complex!

I moved into Atrium court two months ago and I am happy with my stay here. The management is pretty helpful and patient. Packages are kept in the office instead of the lobby. The apartment comes with microwave and dishwasher, and there are gym room laundry room in the building- makes my life so much easier. Overall it is one of the best buildings you can find in Westwood.

I love this community! It's been amazing so far. I am extremely satisfied with my decision in moving into Atrium apartments. The noise level is not bad at all for a college neighborhood, and I feel extremely safe while walking to my apartment because of the lighting.

Very nice apartments and super close to campus. It's always clean and has rooftop hot tub and a gym as well. The management is really helpful and friendly and they’re there every day besides Sunday. I'm very satisfied with my decision in choosing Atrium Court Apartments. The place is beautiful and very clean and pristine upon move in. The management staffs at the front desk are very friendly and courteous. The maintenance team is very responsive and their mannerism is very professional. I would definitely recommend this place. Most apartment prices are continually rising in LA. I have just moved into Atrium Court, and I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. The staff if incredibly friendly and accommodating, the place feels modern and looks brand new, there is a fully functional gym, a gorgeous rooftop with a grill and jacuzzi. I've really enjoyed my time living in Atrium. Compared to the rest of the apartments in Westwood, everything about Atrium is top notch. It is clean, well-maintained, and safe. The staff is overall really great. There are only two cons of living here: sometimes there are loud parties, and the dryers don't work very well.

I have lived in atrium court apartments from 2015 to 2016 and I absolutely love it. There are two staff members that I have personally had great experiences with. The management is extremely helpful and makes every logistic task as easy and simple as possible. It is a very clean building with super friendly people. One of the Leasing Agents is one of the most reliable landlords I've had. He is extremely organized, always responds to emails quickly, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. In hunting for an apartment my roommates and I were confident that we found our home at Atrium Court when we first talked to him and he kindly gave us a tour of the clean, safe, and newly renovated complex. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for an apartment!

Honestly, everyone who works here is amazing! The maintenance man has done a lot of our maintenance work, and he's always been very friendly, prompt, and done a good job. This is definitely one of the best apartments to live in in Westwood!

Atrium Court has the best location in Westwood, CA. If you want to walk to In n Out or UCLA, it is conveniently located. Management has been very friendly and the view on the roof is 5 stars.

It's ten minutes away from UCLA. The rooftop has a sunbathing, bbq, and Jacuzzi, a nice place to host small parties. What made me give in was my apartment. Since a few of the apartments are refurnished and brand new, I could not turn down the offer. If you apply hopefully you can get one of those apartments!

Primarily, the community is safe, especially because we are mostly young college students. The apartment building itself is nice, well-lit, and offers great amenities. This is a great spot especially for incoming students. Quiet and safe.

This apt building is by far the most responsible and organized that I´ve ever rented from. They gave us an itemized update of our rent balance every month and always notified us of any maintenance going on. Actually, one of my best memories is the maintenance guy. He fixed things right away and was forever friendly and chipper. He really seemed to love life, which is surprising for the stressful and demanding job he must have.

The building was always clean. Since I´ve been dealing with dishonest landlords recently, I´ve developed an appreciation for how Atrium Court was upfront about everything.
